Turkey Smashes Through Window-Video

Here is a great reason on why turkey hunting should be allowed in urban areas. For those of you that still think turkeys can’t fly, make sure you watch this video. They can in fact fly, but only fast enough to get half of their body through a glass window.

It looks like something spooked this flock of turkeys at a university or apartment complex and when they took off and flew away, one didn’t make it quite high enough over the building. The turkey appears to be a tom or jake but we’ll never see it in the woods. Imagine the look on whoever opened that window to see half a turkey sticking through.
