Lake Winnebago Ice Fishing- User Submission

Lake Winnebago is frozen with ice and some fisherman have ventured into the bays and inlets.

Ice fishing has started in Wisconsin, even on the state’s largest lake, Lake Winnebago. This photo was submitted by a resident of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and was taken along the shores of Lake Winnebago. As you can see there is ice on the lake and fishing has begun in some inlets and bays. Many other lakes in the state have also experienced early ice and the fish are really starting to roll in.
