The 2o14 Wisconsin duck season opens for the Northern zone on September 27 at 9 a.m. and runs until November 25. It then re-opens on October 18- December 7.
When does the Southern Zone duck season open in Wisconsin?
The southern zone duck season in Wisconsin opens on October 4 at 9 a.m. and runs until October 12. It then re-opens on October 18 and runs until December 7. The season is closed October 13-17 during the 2014 season.

The Mississippi River zone duck season in Wisconsin opens on September 27 at 9 a.m. and runs until October 5. It then re-opens on October 18 and runs until December 7. The season is closed October 13-17 during the 2014 season.
Wisconsin Duck Daily Bag Limits 2014
The daily bag limits for ducks in Wisconsin during the 2014 season are 6 ducks in total with the amounts to not include more than:
- 4 mallards of which only one may be a hen
- 3 wood ducks
- 2 red heads
- 3 scaup
- 1 canvasback
- 2 pintails
- 1 black duck
For other species not listed, the combined total may not exceed 6 ducks with the above limits listed.
