2014 Iowa Deer Classic
The 2014 Iowa Deer Classic in Des Moines, Iowa is inching closer by the day and you do not want to miss it this year. The show runs the weekend of February 28th until March 2 and features some of the biggest deer in the country. The show is being held in Des Moines, IA at the Iowa Events Center-Hy Vee- A, B, and C. The 2014 Iowa Deer Classic starts February 28 in Des Moines, IA
The Big Buck Contest registration begins on Friday at 3 p.m. and costs $20 to enter. The same thing for the Shed Antler Contest and both run until Sunday at 11 a.m. There will also be a Classic 300 Archery Contest that you can shoot in and enter from 3 p.m. on Friday until 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Some of the biggest names in the hunting and outdoor industry will be there. One of the coolest things at the show this year is one of the largest white deer ever shot and it was taken by a “Wounded Warrior”. Check out some of the other cool features at this year’s show here.
